Will I receive the exact piece shown?
Each piece is handmade, so the item you receive may be the exact one pictured, or a very close variation.
Because natural stones and materials vary in color, pattern, and texture, no two pieces are identical. These subtle differences are what make each item unique—your piece is truly one of a kind.
How long will my order take?
All pieces are handmade to order.
Please allow 5–7 business days for production
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer
Orders are shipped via standard USPS once completed
If you have not received shipping confirmation within 10 business days, your order is still in production or in queue.

How soon will I receive a response?
As a small, handmade business, please allow 2–4 business days for a response.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Every piece is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will review the issue and offer a replacement or appropriate solution.

What is your refund policy?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have any concerns with your order.
Due to hygiene reasons, all pierced earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
